2. Payment & Pricing

✅ All payments are in USD and must be paid before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
✅ For retainer/monthly support services, payments are non-refundable and must be made on time to continue service.
✅ Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

✔ Provide timely access to necessary accounts, content, and details.
✔ Communicate clearly and provide feedback promptly.
✔ Understand that project timelines depend on collaboration.

4. Revisions & Support

✅ We allow a set number of revisions depending on the package.
✅ Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may require additional fees.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim for 100% client satisfaction. If issues arise due to our mistake, we will work extra hours to correct them at no additional cost. However, we do not offer refunds once work has been delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

✔ After full payment, you own the completed project.
✔ We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.

7. Cancellations & Termination

✅ You may cancel a project at any time. However, refunds will not be issued for completed work.
✅ We reserve the right to terminate services if there is a breach of these terms.

8. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any loss of revenue, technical issues, or business damages caused by changes made by third parties after project completion.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Philippines.
