We perform updates weekly or bi-weekly depending on the site’s activity and hosting setup — always with backups and rollback plans.

Yes — you can request help anytime during your active support plan.
All work is tracked hourly through Hubstaff and deducted from your pre-paid credits.
You can easily top up credits as needed, so your site always stays covered without surprise costs.

We always test updates first and create backups before applying changes. If an update causes an issue, we’ll restore the site and investigate the cause.

You’ll receive a summary of completed tasks and all work is tracked transparently in ClickUp.
