How It Works

Step 1:

Audit & Mapping

We’ll review your current systems (website, CRM, email, and payment setup) and map out how data should flow between them.

Integration & Automation Setup

We’ll connect your site with your CRM (e.g., ActiveCampaign, FluentCRM, or Keap) using WP Fusion, Memberium, or direct API integrations.

 Then we’ll set up key automations — such as tagging new members, unlocking courses, and triggering personalized email sequences.

Step 3:

Testing & Documentation

We’ll test each automation carefully, confirm triggers and tags, and provide a short video walkthrough of your final setup.

You’ll also receive a summary document outlining your automations, CRM fields, and triggers — so you always know how your system works.
