💳 Refunds & Resolution

Refunds are not standard and only considered after all fixes are attempted.
If a refund is necessary, we’ll agree on a fair amount.
Refunds will be processed in 12 equal monthly payments to ensure fairness and sustainability.

🤝 Working Together

If you experience an issue, please tell us right away.
We’ll keep you updated on steps we’re taking to resolve it.
If resolution isn’t possible, we’ll work out a fair plan together.
