About DJ Shortee
DJ Shortee, a Los Angeles-based DJ, runs an online membership platform for her community, DJ Scratch Liverpool. Her courses and training programs help aspiring DJs hone their skills through structured lessons and an engaging learning experience.
When Shannon approached us, she already had a functioning membership site but wanted to enhance the gamification elements, particularly focusing on the dashboard experience and onboarding process. While her courses were already in place and her graphics were self-designed, our primary role was to create a structured, user-friendly dashboard and seamless onboarding flow.

We refined the website’s navigation, created custom icons, and streamlined the flow from onboarding to course progression, making the platform more intuitive for users. - Automated Enrollment & CRM Enhancements
Initially, Shannon used ThriveCart to handle payments and LearnDash for course delivery. We optimized this setup by integrating WPFusion with ActiveCampaign, automating the entire enrollment process to eliminate manual intervention. - Assisted in CRM Migration
Before pausing her account, Shannon sought to migrate from ActiveCampaign to FluentCRM. While she managed most of the transition independently, we provided guidance, training materials, and support to ensure a smooth migration.
